Writing Craft Workshop

As writers, one of the fundamental tools in our craft is the way we present our narrative voice. Whether you’ve been writing for years or are just starting, whether you write fiction or nonfiction, a narrative voice is a powerful element in writing.

Using Ursula K. LeGuin’s: Steering the Craft as a guide, we will explore techniques in language to discuss ways in which to keep a story flowing from one sentence to the next.

This workshop will be led by Ian Grogan.

Spring Contest Readings of our winning pieces will be read by the authors at our meeting.

SAWG will provide printouts of pertinent aspects of the book, you are not required to purchase it.
