DESCRIPTION:This month we will explore literary tropes. These are the commonly used themes\, devices\, and conventions of fiction. We’ll discuss how to utilize these tropes without sounding cliché or repetitive. Although we will focus on science fiction and fantasy conventions\, many of these topics apply to all writing. We will include writing prompts and exercises to help us practice these skills. \nJoin us for March’s meeting on Thursday\, March 5\, 2026\, at 7 PM!
